Plum Lane Makin A Splash (AKA Splash) joined Wishaw Glen Stud in July 2010.
Splash was born on the 8th of October 2000 and stands at 85.2cm. Splash has
been DNA tested and is a Homozygous Tobiano which mean 100% of his foals will be Tobiano. Splash is by the
multi supreme winning and Barastoc Pony of the year Shanusti Cavalier, who is a chestnut tobiano. Splash is out of Shanusti
Starflite (dec), who was also a chestnut tobiano. Splash carriers some of the most famous and successful
bloodlines in the APSB Shetland society and he carries a double cross of Laurelwood Jeronimo & Blue Meadow Fury.
Splash
is a beautiful chestnut & white stallion with amazing striking markings on both his face and body, with a "Look at me"
attitude. He has very correct confirmation, with a beautiful dished pony head, large clear eyes, extremely straight well boned
legs, well sprung hindquarter and muscled top line. These attributes have proved successful with him winning multiple
champion and supreme awards when shown by previous studs.
Splash is registered with APSB, MH&PE & AMPS.
We believe adding Splash's amazing bloodlines, excellent confirmation and eye catching colour and markings to our breeding
program will enhance our stud’s progeny in the future.
Splash may be shown at select shows in the coming 2011/2012 show season.
Splash will be standing at public stud from August 2011 to limited mares. So please
book your mare in early to avoid dissapointment.
