Possum Hollow Laird's Glory and was bred by Domino Downs Stud in Victoria. Lairds Glory is a black buckskin tobiano
by Shanusti Laird. BJ's Grandsire, Shanusti Laird was 2005 Barastoc AMPS Pony of the Year!
BJ is out of a beautiful solid buckskin mare Kanimbla Tango Dancer.
BJ joined Wishaw Glen stud as a weanling and future stud
stallion in 2009. He was chosen for his outstanding confirmation, beautiful nature, and stand out coloured markings as
well as fantastic bloodlines which trace back many generations of expert breeding crosses in the APSB.
BJ is a very well marked black buckskin tobiano with plenty of white.
He is a pure bred miniature Shetland and should mature around 80cm. He has a very kind & gentle natue and is very
quiet and obedient. He is registered with APSB, MH&PE, AMPS and Pinto Horse Assoc NSW Inc.
We believe his multiple registrations and purebred Shetland status will be an amazing
asset to our stud and breeding program.
BJ
has had a very successful show career so far, winning many board sashes both in his own age group and in open events including,
Champion AMPS Foal of current season at the Hawkesbury Young stock show (2009), & Reserve Champion Stallion or colt under 10.2hh at the Pinto State Titles (2009).
